Halloween Mountain bike fundraiser

Join us in a benefit for Kitsap County foster kids.
LOCATION
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
5:30 pm - Gather & Setup for Bike/Parts Swap
6:00 pm - Swap Meet
7:15 pm - Bike ride prep (helmets, bike lights) both mandatory
7:30 pm - Night ride on decorated trails
8:30 pm - Party, Costume Contest, Food, Drinks (non-alcoholic provided; BYOB for alcohol)
10 pm (or so) - Party ends
This is a joint effort with the North Kitsap Mountain Vikes (youth) Bike Club. All money raised will go to buy Christmas/Holiday presents for foster kids in Kitsap County. Additional donations welcome!
Costumes encouraged for the bike ride, but not mandatory! Bike riding is not mandatory for party attendance.
COURSE
The mountain bike ride will be on Night Owl Landing's private trail system. Six miles of gorgeous carved single track trails in our 122 acre forest...some of which will be specially decorated by the North Kitsap Mountain Vikes Bike Club. Hold Harmless Waiver must be signed on-site before bike ride.
SWAP MEET
Bring your bike parts and bikes to sell and swap with others at the party. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for their own sales, money transactions, etc. Tables will be provided. Anything not sold or swapped must be removed by owner at the end of the night.
**NOTE: The house will collect 15% from the sale of any full bicycle. This money will go directly and fully toward our fundraiser.
REGISTRATION
ENTRY FEE: $20 a head for anyone over 10; under 10 is $5
ALL money received from entry fee will do toward buying Christmas presents this winter for our local Kitsap County foster kids.
