Riders - we are so bummed to tell you we've decided to make the hard decision to cancel the upcoming 2026 race in May. We have unexpectedly received an exponentially large increase to our costs and we feel we no longer can put on an affordable event at the Port Gamble trail system.

 

The Kitsap County Parks department and Raydient (who own the Uplands Trailhead) have both drastically changed their fee structures. As much as we believe they are entitled to charge what they like for use of their property, we on the other hand, have decided it is too much for too little and is not conducive to an affordable community event.

 

You will be fully refunded for your race entry and a hoodie if you bought one. If you donated to the North Kitsap Trails Association, I'll ask that you let us know if you'd like us to still pass along your donation, or if you'd like that refunded. Please just let us know.

 

We have thoroughly enjoyed organizing and putting on this event for the last several years. It has been our honor and a lot of fun meeting all of the amazing gravel riders across the state and further.

 

We hope to see you out on the trails.
